Can I still make a booking?

If you’re coming in just for a general visit, there’s no need to make a booking! Simply come in at a time that’s most convenient for you. Our massive complex means we can adhere to safe social distancing requirements, with plenty of room for you, your family and friends!

We are also available to speak with you about booking your upcoming event – including kids birthday parties, functions, Christmas parties and more! Please contact our friendly staff to enquire about your preferred booking date!

Are there any capacity restrictions?

While we are taking advice from the state government for our re-opening, our complex is so massive that there’s no need for you to worry about capacity restrictions! We have plenty of room for you and all your family and friends.

What about the Waterslides?

All waterslides are operating as usual – and they’re heated during these cooler months, too! As advised by the Centre for Disease Control, there is no evidence COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of properly chlorinated waterslides. Proper chlorination should remove or inactivate Coronavirus.

Who should stay home?

To protect our guests and our team, we ask if you have recently returned from an overseas trip, that you leave your visit with us until at least 14 days after your return into Australia. Also, if you are presenting flu-like symptoms, it’s probably best that you stay home, too!

Where can I find some more information about COVID-19?

Further information about COVID-19 can be found on the Australian Department of Health Website. You can learn more about our re-opening by contacting our friendly team.
