Do I need to book?

Great news – at The Beachouse, there’s  no entry fee and no need to book! You can simply show up on the day at a time that’s best for you.

How much does it cost?

We have heaps of options available – including Time Cards and Credits! You can view all of our Packages and Pricing by clicking here.

I'm coming with my kids. Do I have to pay?

Spectators are free here at The Beachouse! That means if you’re coming just to watch – but not participating in any of the activities – there’s no cost for you!

At what age to I have to start paying for young children?

You only need to pay for the Time Cards or Attractions you would like to use! There’s no entry fee – but if your young child would like to go on any of our activities, a cost will apply. Our team will help you find the right option for any age!

Can I bring my own food?

We don’t allow any outside food – but we do have a full cafe located on Level 1 that’s packed with drinks, snacks and hot food!

Can I book out The Beachouse exclusively?

The Beachouse can host Exclusive Lock-Ins 6 nights of the week! From Monday-Thursday, a minimum of 100 guests applies. On Fridays and Sundays, a minimum of 150 guests applies. If you would like to host an Exclusive Lock-In, you can request a quote by clicking here.

Exclusive Lock-Ins are not available for groups under 100 people, and are not available on Saturday nights. If you would like to bring in a large group (20+ people) for a special event, please contact our friendly team by clicking here.

Do you accept the Companion Card?

The Companion Card is accepted when assistance is required on our attractions. You are welcome to accompany on our attractions, but if playing yourself a second package will need to be purchased.

 

For example…

 

Waterslides: Companion card is accepted on slides where assistance is required, and where tandem sliding is accepted; our Dual Slide and Raft Slide. Standard safety requirements apply.

 

Dodgem Cars: Companion card is accepted to assist in the same Dodgem Car. If riding in a separate Dodgem Car, a second package will need to be purchased. Standard safety requirements apply.

 

Bumper Boats: Companion card is accepted to assist in the same Bumper Boat. If riding in a separate Bumper Boat, a second package will need to be purchased. Standard safety requirements apply.

 

Mini Golf: If playing yourself (requiring a second Mini Golf club and golf ball), a second package will need to be purchased.

 

Please speak to a staff member if you would like to enquire about the Companion Card for any of our other attractions. Some exclusions apply – please contact our friendly staff for details.

Waterslides

How much are the Waterslides?

Waterslides are $3 per person, per slide. They are also included in several of our Time Card packages! You can view all of our Time Card options by clicking here.

Are the waterslides open during winter?

They sure are! Our Waterslides are open every day that we’re open – including throughout winter! All 3 waterslides are indoors, and the water is even heated during the cooler months.

Are the waterslides heated?

Yes, the waterslides are heated during the cooler months up to a balmy 26 degrees!

How old/tall do you need to be to use the Waterslides?

There’s no minimum age to use the Waterslides, but a minimum height requirement does apply. To use the Speed and Dual Slides, it’s minimum 1.0 meters tall; to use the Raft Slide, it’s minimum 1.2 meters tall.

How many people can go down the Waterslides together?

The Raft Slide is suitable for 2 persons in a double raft; or 3 persons in a triple raft. All sliders must be a minimum of 1.2m tall and not exceeding a total of 180kgs combined per raft.

 

The Dual Slide is suitable for tandem sliding for a child over 1.0m tall but under 1.2m tall with an accompanying adult (16+ years). In all other cases, The Dual Slide is a single slider only.

 

The Speed Slide is a single slider only.

How can I access the Waterslides?

There are ramps to access the Waterslides, with entry via Level 2!

Rides & Games

How old/tall do you need to be to use the Dodgem Cars?

There’s no minimum age to use the Dodgem Cars, but a minimum height requirement does apply. To drive a Dodgem Car, it’s minimum 1.2 meters tall; to be a passenger in a Dodgem Car, it’s a minimum 1.0 meters tall. If a child is under 1.2 meters and but over 1.0 meters, a parent is welcome to drive in the same Dodgem Car, at no additional cost for the parent.

How old/tall do you need to be to use the Bumper Boats?

There’s no minimum age to use the Bumper Boats, but a minimum height requirement does apply. To drive a Bumper Boat, it’s minimum 1.2 meters tall; to be a passenger in a Bumper Boat, it’s a minimum 1.0 meters tall. If a child is under 1.2 meters and but over 1.0 meters, a parent is welcome to drive in the same Bumper Boat, at no additional cost for the parent.

How old/tall do you need to be to use the Playcastle?

There’s no minimum age to use the Playcastle, but a maximum height restriction of 1.3 meters does apply. The Playcastle is a kids-only zone, but there is a sitting area next to the Playcastle equipped with cameras, so you can keep a close eye on your little ones!

Can you accompany a child on the Carousel?

One parent is required to assist a child under 1.2 meters tall on the Carousel, at no additional cost! If the child is over 1.2 meters tall, but the parent would still like to ride the Carousel, a second package will be required.

Can you accompany a child on the Train?

One parent is required to assist a child under 1.2 meters tall on the Train, at no additional cost! If the child is over 1.2 meters tall, but the parent would still like to ride the Train, a second package will be required.

What's the different between Arcade, Prize and Ticket Games?

Prize Games are games of skill – such as skill testers – where you can win a prize instantly like lollies or plush toys!

 

Ticket Games are also games of skill – like Ski Ball – where you receive tickets to redeem at our Prize Cabinet!

 

Arcade Games are just for fun – like Air Hockey or Car Racing Games.

Birthday Parties

How much does a Birthday Party cost?

We have 3 awesome Birthday Party packages for you to choose from – starting at just $25pp! You can view all of our package options by clicking here.

How do I book a Birthday Party?

You can book a Birthday Party by visiting us in-store, by calling us on (08) 8295 1511, or online by clicking here.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking, to secure your preferred time and date. This comes off the total cost of your Birthday Party – with the balance due on the day of the party! If you’ve already booked a Birthday Party, you can pay your deposit online now by clicking here.

Do you supply Party Invitations?

We provide you with a digital invitation file – which you can download and print at home! If you’ve already booked your Birthday Parties, you can download your invitations online now by clicking here.

I have kids coming who are a bit older/younger than the rest. What do I do?

Our Birthday Parties can cater to a whole range of age groups! If you have some kids who are older and some who are younger, we can chat to you about splitting the party into 2 different package options – with activities to suit each age group!

 

With split-package parties, the Party Host will go with the majority group, and we recommend that a parent takes the smaller group around to the different attractions.

What's included in a Birthday Party?

We take care of everything! Our Birthday Parties include awesome fun on our rides and games – and you can choose to add food from our cafe, one of our cakes and even some awesome cool bits for the kids to take home! Every Birthday Party includes a legendary party host, reserved tables decorated with 5x balloons and a bonus gift for the Birthday Child!

What does the Party Host do?

The Party Host takes the kids around to all of the different attractions! They also help when it comes to serving food and cake. They make our Birthday Parties so easy that the parents can just sit back, relax and enjoy a coffee while the kids are off having a blast!

Can I bring my own food and cake?

We don’t allow any outside food – due to OHS reasons… Sorry! The good news is, our cafe is full of awesome drinks, snacks and meals that the kids will love! You can choose from one of our Birthday Party Food Options!

 

You are welcome to bring along your own Cake – there’s just a $12 cakeage fee. We’ll store your cake, cut it up and serve it to your guests, with all plates, cutlery and candles included!

Is there a minimum number of kids to have for a Birthday Party?

Our Birthday Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 kids!

Is there a maximum number of kids to have for a Birthday Party?

There’s no maximum number of kids! If you have more than 25 kids for your party, we add on an extra party host to assist – at no extra charge!
