Do I need to book?

At The Beachouse, there’s no entry fee and no need to book! You can simply show up on the day and present your vouchers to our friendly staff. Large groups (20+ people) and birthday parties (10+ children) can make a booking by clicking here.

Is there parking available?

There sure is! There is a car park located underneath The Beachouse. To learn more about this car park, please click here. There is also lots of street parking available on Colley Terrace and surrounding streets!

Is there food available?

Absolutely! We have a café full of lots of goodies located on Level 1. It has everything from hot food, coffee, hot cinnamon donuts, cold drinks, fairy floss and homemade Gelati and ice cream! Perfect for a sweet treat or a full meal!

How old or tall do you need to be to use the rides?

For your own safety, all our rides have height restrictions so please click here for more details! Don’t worry – we have something for everyone!

Do you have lockers available?

We have lockers available on Level 2, next to the Waterslides. We have two different sizes available and lockers accept $5 notes, $10 notes and coins!

A small locker is $3 for 2 hours. A large locker is $5 for 2 hours.

Are the slides always open?

Waterslides are open every weekend, School Holidays and Public Holidays. All of our Waterslides are indoors, fully enclosed and even heated during the cooler months!
